Jessica Tingle is the founder of Staging Collective, a luxury home staging and design company, and a Coronado, California native whose design sensibility was shaped long before she ever staged a home. An artist at heart, Jessica draws inspiration from everything she can see and touch — street art and architecture, fashion and film, museums and markets, nature and the neighborhoods she's traveled through around the world. That curiosity lives in every space she creates: homes that feel layered, alive, and deeply human. When she's not designing, she's a mom, a community builder, and someone who believes that beautiful spaces have the power to change how people feel.
